1. Controller and contact

2. Information and purposes
We process information you provide through forms or email: names, contact details, event type, date or period, venue name or area, guest range and messages. Call requests also include the platform and preferred time and, on the English form, your time zone. We use this information to respond, prepare a proposal and arrange or confirm an appointment.
We do not ask for health information, sexual orientation, religious beliefs or other sensitive information. Please do not include it in free-text fields or provide unnecessary details about guests or other people.
Our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser information, request times and technical logs to deliver and secure the site. With your permission, Google Analytics measures page usage; see our cookie policy.
3. Legal bases and your choices
Proposal and appointment requests are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General and professional enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding to communications, balanced against your rights (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c); security relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the site and communications. Analytics requires consent under Article 6(1)(a) and tracking rules.
Providing information is voluntary. Required form fields are necessary to handle that form request; you may contact us directly instead. Rejecting Analytics does not prevent browsing or contacting us.
4. Recipients and providers
The controller and authorised people handling enquiries can access relevant information. We use Netlify, Inc. for hosting, security and Netlify Forms, Aruba for email, and Google Ireland Limited’s Google Analytics 4 for consent-based statistics. Providers act under their applicable roles and agreements and may use subprocessors. We do not publish or sell enquiry data.
Form requests are stored in Netlify Forms and may be forwarded to info@carradoriricevimenti.it. A call request does not automatically create a calendar booking or confirm an appointment.
5. Retention
If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete its data within 6 months of the last contact, including operational copies in Netlify Forms and Aruba email, unless a documented legal obligation or need to establish, exercise or defend a claim requires longer retention. If a contract follows, necessary data is retained to provide the service and meet applicable administrative, tax and legal requirements; service-specific information will be provided where needed.
Providers’ technical logs and backups follow the periods applicable to their services and security measures; copies no longer used operationally follow providers’ deletion cycles. Cookie, preference and Analytics retention is described in the cookie policy.
6. Processing outside the EEA
Netlify and Google may process information in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Transfers must rely on safeguards under GDPR Articles 44 onwards: adequacy decisions where applicable to the recipient and processing, or standard contractual clauses and necessary supplementary measures. Contact the controller for details or copies of applicable safeguards.

7. External contacts
WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, Matrimonio.com and Moon Weddings are external links, not embedded widgets. They open only when selected, and their own privacy notices apply. If you choose WhatsApp or Google Meet for a call, those services also process necessary information under their own terms and notices. Review excerpts and the badge are hosted locally and do not load a Google or Matrimonio.com widget.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw Analytics consent at any time through cookie preferences, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact the controller about data already collected. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or your competent local supervisory authority. We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing.
9. No marketing
This site does not offer newsletters, advertising or remarketing. Contact details provided for an enquiry are not added to promotional lists. We will update this notice if processing changes.
